This cookbook has grown over
the years! The first edition was printed in 1974. A larger
printing was needed to meet the demand. It was printed in 1976 and
was collated by hand, walking around circles around ping-pong tables.
Over the course of three decades, even the copies that were tucked away from children to give as wedding presents have vanished. For years, people have been asking for the cookbook to be reprinted. So here it is, back by popular demand, refreshed with a little pruning and a new crop of favorite recipes contributed by yet another generation of Jones Supporters. |

| "Cooking the Severn and Magothy Way" is a combination of recipes from the parents of Jones Elementary now and the recipes that were in the 1974/1976 cookbook and supplement. It brings to life the tastes and flavors of living in our communities near the water. The beautiful original hand drawings are by artist Nancy Devlin and were in the original cookbook. They bring a timeless sense of warmth to this cookbook. |

wedding showers or grandparents. Tuck a favorite piece of school
work in the front and save it for their wedding! They'll treasure
it always. I've had mine for 30 years and bought 1 for each of my
